 Health checks for the 2026 fiscal year will begin soon. Please check the following information about booking and undergoing your health check.

 

1. Objective and Policy

(1) We aim to achieve a 100% completion rate among all insured individuals

In September of last year, we established the Mercari Health Insurance Association. By having our own health insurance, we aim to better support the health management and wellness of our employees and their dependents.

All employees are required to undergo a health check. Please make sure to take yours.

(2) We strongly recommend that you complete your health check by the end of September

Your health check is more than just taking the required tests. We encourage you to complete your check early and think about your health based on the results. For those with results that require follow-up action, we encourage you to be proactive and seek out tailored health guidance.

2. Reservation Period and Health Check Period

・Reservation period: Friday, March 6, 2026, to Wednesday, March 31, 2027

・Checkup period: Wednesday, April 1, 2026, to Wednesday, March 31, 2027

Please ensure that you complete your health check by the end of March 2027. If you choose to undergo a health check outside the designated period, we will be unable to subsidize costs.

3. Notes

(1) Please undergo your health check at a medical institution affiliated with Mercari Health Insurance Association. If you plan to undergo a health check at an unaffiliated medical institution, please confirm with your company representative in advance.

(2) If you plan to only take optional tests, please note that the costs for these tests will not be subsidized.
