The "Cafeteria Plan" is a system that allows you to use allocated points to select options that best suit your individual needs from a wide range of choices, with the goal of maintaining and improving your health.
The Mercari Health Insurance Association’s “Cafeteria Plan” can be accessed online 24 hours a day not only from a company computer but also from a computer at home.
Please note that you can purchase points and check your point balance on the Benefit Station website.
