Change of Address

Insured persons need to undergo procedures for a change of address when moving or temporarily dispatched to a post away from family.

Procedures for a Change of Address

・If your address changes ・If the address of your dependents (family) changes (in the case of living separately)
  1. Please notify the company of your change of address.
  2. If you have been issued an Eligibility Confirmation Document, please cross out your old address in the address section on the back of the certificate and write your new address.
